Anonymous asked: Could you elaborate or explain why you thing the cost of being female is bullshit? Do you believe it to be untrue or are you saying women having to pay for basic health care to be bullshit in the "it's unfair" sort of way?
The cost of being female is bullshit because almost all of the things in this chart are either covered by most
insurance, or completely optional (birth
control and the like), mister or mrs anonymous person. It just feels written like anti-male propaganda.
While I like the idea of this, it’s really not that accurate at all. I’ve never had any kind of HIV counseling, and it states that women have it every year? Also, annual pelvic exams are covered as ‘preventative care’ and are free for most health insurance plans, plus the whole HPV screen is included with the pelvic exam, so they counted that twice. IUD and other forms of birth control are completely optional, although the side effects of most hormone supplements are worse than any price. Blah blah blah having children is optional and in my opinion unnecessary. I’ve never had an HIV screening, but I donate blood every 8 weeks, and they test for HIV when they process it— do not donate blood just for a free screening though, that is such a waste of the donation center’s time. I’m just ranting now, but mammograms and other things aren’t included on this list, and just in general, women are paid less so everything is bullshit in the end. Happy holidays!
What a complete crock of bullshit.
bahahaha.
Always good when stuff like this weeds out the assholes of the world.
Yikes. So that’s an unfollow.
In that case, thats an unfollow for you.
Am I the only one mystified by this guy’s success? Is it because he wears a silly bogus-Murakami mask? Or maybe it’s just that the mask makes him the only Eurotrash DJ anyone can identify? You sure can’t pick him out by sounds alone. I see no other possible explanation; it’s inconceivable that anyone finds this music genuinely compelling. Also, he spells his name with a 5.Vice on Deadmau5. Pretty much sums it up, doesn’t it? (via tylerball)
